About us

The Bridge It Foundation is an platform-based organization that was founded by Mark Kelly. Our mission is  to bring about positive change by creating real-life solutions to the challenges faced by communities and individuals.  To do this, we strive to provide access to resources, education, and business support to those who need it most.

Meet The Team

Mark Kelly

The Bridge It Foundation co-founder, and Experienced Business Executive. Mark has been an Entrepreneur, worked in large Global Multinationals and sat as a Board Member on The American Chamber of Commerce in SA.

He currently runs The Bridge It Foundation, does Executive Leadership and Business coaching as well as having interests in various Entrepreneurial Businesses.

Rob Jackson

Rob is the founder and CEO of The Leverage Corporation as well as a co-founder of The Bridge-It Foundation.

The Leverage Corporation is a  specialist sports marketing and events company that hosts a number of high-profile mountain bike and trail running events, and has over 20 years’ worth of experience in the industry.

Plus they offer much more, from bespoke cycling and trail tours, to customised golfing events, product launches and more.

Rob has been intimately involved in various charity projects for most of his student and business career, and is a key driver in The Bridge-It Foundation.

Luke Langschimdt

After graduating from the University of Cape Town, he started his career in Management Consulting performing numerous roles such as a project manager, business analyst and account manager. Luke then moved into a more holistic business-orientated role being an Ecosystems Manager for Commercial Clients at one of the big five South African Banks. He has gained invaluable experience through engaging and working alongside various NPOs, NGOs and social enterprises.

In 2022, Luke chased his lifelong dream and adventured solo through East & Southern Africa – volunteering, supporting, laughing, and learning along his journey. His motto is “Take your work seriously, but do not take yourself too seriously”. He is ready to combine his academic, work and lived experiences with his passion for purpose driven work to grow individuals, organisations, companies and himself.
